Take your sports training to the next level with Aszortid Target Shots — a multipurpose sports training equipment device that’s durable, versatile, and fully customizable!

Key Features:

• Material: 10-inch nylon fabric, 98% waterproof, coated, and extremely strong (4700–7000 PSI).
• Weights: Light (.08) — paper rolled rope 3/16; Heavy (1.9) — thin wire coated with green rubber 4–5 mm.
• Perimeter: Polyester fabric filled with light paper rolled rope (3/16), metal grommets (1 inch), and soft transparent silicone tube (3/16).
• Customization: All words or directions are made from vinyl and can be printed on the discs. Words are visible from over 20 yards away.

Usage Options:

• Hang on the wall, place on the ground, jump over, run around, or use as a target.
• Circuit Training: Exercises or calisthenics printed on the fabric.
