CAREFACE VIDEO PRODUCTIONS – VIDEOGRAPHER CONTRACT
AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between Careface Video Productions
(hereinafter referred to as the “Videographer”) and the undersigned client
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
- Booking & Payment
● A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
● The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the event, upon
the Videographer’s arrival at the event location. - Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide the following:
● Transportation for the Videographer to and from the event
location(s).
● Safety and security for the Videographer throughout the event.
● Meals and beverages, if the booking exceeds four hours or is during
meal times.
● A USB stick (minimum 120 GB) or a valid email/cloud storage
address for video file delivery. - Video Coverage & Editing
● The Client will receive 1 hour of video coverage as part of the base
package.
● Each additional hour of shooting will incur an extra 50% charge
based on the initial fee.
● Open delivery includes all raw footage and the edited version. - Delivery Timeline
● Standard delivery time is within 10 business days after the shoot.
● If the Client requires delivery within 5 business days, a rush fee of
50% will apply. - Terms & Legal
● This agreement remains binding whether or not the Client has read
or signed it, as long as the Videographer is performing the agreed
services.
● By proceeding with payment and booking, the Client acknowledges
and accepts the terms of this contract.

ASZORTID.CA Web Page Agreement
Effective Date: June 2025
This agreement outlines the terms and
conditions between ASZORTID.CA,
managed by Careface Video Productions,
and the Client for the creation, hosting, and
promotion of a personal or business
webpage.
- Fees & Duration
● The annual fee is $50 CAD.
● The initial payment of $50 covers the
remainder of 2025 and the full year of
2026 (until December 31, 2026).
● By signing this agreement, the Client
agrees to continue with ASZORTID.CA
for 2027 under the same annual fee. - Content & Upgrades
● The Client may request unlimited
upgrades and edits by submitting
content to careface video productions
via email at
aszortid.cacvp@gmail.com.
● All updates depend on content being
provided by the Client. - Construction & Publishing
● Once the full fee is paid, the webpage
will enter the construction phase.
● Estimated turnaround time: 2–3
business days before publishing.
● Clients are required to share their
webpage on their preferred social
media platform(s). - Refund Policy
● The annual fee is non-refundable
once construction begins.
● If the Client does not like the initial
published version, ASZORTID.CA will
provide edits.
● If, after editing, the Client is still
dissatisfied, no refund will be issued. - Agreement & Payment
● Once this agreement is signed and
payment is received, the Client’s
webpage will be created and managed
under these terms.
● The Client acknowledges and accepts
that the service is promotional and
renewable annually at $50 CAD.
