INTRODUCTION

Welcome to our chart. This chart was made from google spreadsheet. In order to get the best results on doing this chart you must be honest to yourself.  Phones can open the chart but its very difficult to (COPY & PASTE) so do it from a desktop. This chart could be used for STUDENTS because it’s an excellent way to support yourself.

1st. Document names.

2nd.This can be done by yourself.

3rd. Enter the numbers/colours/names in the boxes on the same row of the transaction/occurrences (what happens) or times.

4th.Keep mistakes as low as possible.

6th. Keep a copy of that chart report because it’s yourself.

DESKTOP

1.OPEN NEW SPREADSHEET AND NAME IT

2.HIGHLIGHT the first row(horizontal-side to side) of my VISIBLE SPREADSHEET (COPY & PASTE all the NAMES) onto your new spreadsheet

3.HIGHLIGHT the REST of my VISIBLE SPREADSHEET (COPY & PASTE all the NUMBERS & WORDS) onto your new spreadsheet

4.HIGHLIGHT the FIRST COLUMN(vertical-up and down) where the cells are empty onto your new spreadsheet

5.Stay on your spreadsheet goto EDIT and scroll down to list to DELETE CELLS AND SHIFT LEFT 

6. Save spreadsheet to your google DRIVE so you can update all the time.

3.press(NEW TAB)

4.In the GOOGLE SEARCH or SPACE bar (press hold finger down) until the word (PASTE appears)

6.spreadsheet appears(TOUCH PENCIL TOP RIGHT)

7.(TOUCH USE THE APP in blue the blue square)begin to edit on the spreadsheet

HEAD SHOT SPREADSHEET instruction

  • OPEN the SPREADSHEET
  • find CELL under HEAD SHOT
  • click on INSERT
  • scroll down to IMAGE 
  • decide where you are going to take picture from (upload,snapshot,url,album, google drive or search)
  • click on PICTURE and click SELECT
  • go back INSERT click on DRAWINGS
  • COPY and PASTE
  • click on SAVE & CLOSE
  • DRAG and REDUCE size of image into the CELL

  • Go to your YOUTUBE account and set up account
  • UPLOAD VIDEO
  • COPY LINK
  • Go to SPREADSHEET
  • Press PASTE in the CELL
