Hello everyone,

This innovative CROSS FIT Training Field is made of natural and repressed wood with recycled tires. You will carry fence posts, trees, tree stumps, sleds and tires. It’s 100 yards like your traditional football field although it has a hill to make your training session my competitive or challenging. Most of the stations are a full body workout but others will focus on 2-3 main body parts. You should go to every work station one after another.

A $1.00 fee every time and or $5.00 fee monthly membership you enter the CrossFit Training field and those fees cover the maintenance and Insurance. I will open the training field at 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Aszortid CrossFit Training field is a 6-7 month outdoor training from SPRING – AUTUMN seasons. 1 on 1 Training sessions and Group Training Sessions

The course is great for students (1-12 grades), people with mental illness, able body people (disabilities), athletic individuals, sports teams, trainer/coach/instructor, friends, families and anyone looking for a new challenge.

In this field you might encounter some of these experiences with minor cuts, bruises, falls, slips, sprains, broken bones, exhaustion and fainting. So, I have to stress important safety measures to you such as; do drills slowly, breath, secure your grip, bend wisely, drink fluids, dress appropriately and if you need to carry all your medical devices required such as: braces, inhaler and or strapes etc…

The circuit training field has 10 areas with jumping, walking, climbing and running. So carry your SMILE and don’t be afraid to YELL as loud as you want because we are an outside facility.
